  • Flowers and Packaging:

    • Due to seasonal availability, some flower types may be out of stock. In such cases, we will substitute them with flowers of equal or higher value.

    • The packaging paper, gift boxes, and baskets shown in all images are for reference only. If a specific item is out of stock, we will use the closest available alternative to maintain the overall aesthetic.

  • Delivery Policy:

    • Incorrect Address: Please ensure the delivery address you provide is accurate. We will not be responsible for any delivery failures caused by an incorrect address, and the order will be considered complete.

    • Recipient Unavailable: If the recipient is not at the specified location on the scheduled delivery date due to absence or other reasons, the order will be considered complete.

    • Recipient Refusal: If the recipient refuses to accept the product for personal reasons, the order will be considered complete. The product will be returned to our company, and the customer can retrieve it within 2 days.
