1. Pricing and Currency All product prices and discounts displayed on this website are subject to the information shown at the time of purchase. All transactions will be settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

2. Order Confirmation After you complete and submit your online order, we will confirm it as soon as possible based on product availability. Please note that all orders are subject to final confirmation based on the availability of the relevant products.

  • Receipt: A shopping receipt will be sent to your email address after the transaction is completed.

  • Final Confirmation: If we are unable to provide any product or service on your order, we will notify you by phone or email on or before your requested delivery date to arrange for a product exchange or an alternative delivery date.

  • Price Changes: This flower shop reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice.

3. Delivery and Address Changes Once an order is confirmed, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if you request a change of delivery address while the item is in transit.

4. Returns and Exchanges Policy To protect your rights, please inspect your order immediately upon receipt for any damages.

  • Request for Return/Exchange: If you find any damaged goods (including but not limited to damaged bouquets, incorrect designs, etc., but excluding intentional damage), please notify our customer service department within 7 days from the delivery date to arrange for a return or exchange.

  • Final Decision: This flower shop will review whether your reasons for return or exchange are sufficient and reserves the right to reject any exchange requests.
